These terms cover your use of Pheebo TV (“Pheebo”) at pheebo.com. By using Pheebo, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Pheebo.

Pheebo is in beta

Pheebo is an early version that we’re still building. Features may change, break or go away without notice, and the service may be unavailable at times. Pheebo is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.

Who can use Pheebo

You must be 13 or older to use Pheebo.

Videos come from YouTube

Pheebo helps you discover and watch videos from YouTube channels. The videos, channel names, images and logos belong to their creators and to YouTube. Pheebo doesn’t host them, and isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube or the creators shown.

Pheebo uses YouTube API Services. By using Pheebo, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.

Using Pheebo fairly

• Don’t try to break, overload or get around the way Pheebo works.
• Don’t copy Pheebo’s data or scrape it in bulk.
• Don’t use Pheebo for anything illegal.

Creators

If you run a channel shown on Pheebo and would like it removed, email hello@pheebo.com and we’ll take it down.

Limits on our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, Pheebo isn’t responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using it, or from videos and websites it links to.

Changes

We may update these terms as Pheebo grows. When we do, we’ll change the date above, and we may ask you to agree again.
